From a website improvement to a full build, we’ll define the work and what it will cost. These typical ranges help you plan before we put together a custom estimate.
USD. Ranges are a guide, not a fixed quote or a cap. Content creation, paid licenses, hosting, cloud usage, and third-party costs are included only when stated in your proposal. Applicable taxes are addressed separately.
Planning ranges in USD. Complex styling, travel, specialized setups, extensive retouching, and additional usage are estimated separately. Extra finished images from the same setup typically run $35–$75 each. The proposal confirms image count, usage, and delivery.
A focused starting point
Something smaller can still be useful.
You do not need a full rebuild to work with me. A clear brief and a focused scope can move an existing site forward.
Campaign or landing page
$900–$2,500
A page within an existing site, using agreed content and assets, with a clear action and testing.
Deployment or migration support
$1,500–$4,000
A defined hosting, publishing, or migration task. Data volume, environments, and dependencies affect the estimate.
Development team support
Custom estimate
A scoped theme, feature, integration, or reserved capacity within your team’s project.
Hosting, software, cloud usage, and messaging charges are separate unless included in your agreement. Large projects and work outside the agreed capacity are estimated separately.
Local visibility & advertising
Local SEO and Google Ads need their own scope.
Locations, competition, campaign needs, and ad spend all affect the work. We’ll agree on a plan and a custom estimate. Advertising spend is paid separately from my fees.
We talk about your business, the people using your site or system, and what needs to improve. Complex projects may start with paid discovery.
02
Define.
I outline the approach, deliverables, responsibilities, review points, and pricing so we have a shared plan.
03
Build.
You see the work at useful review points. We agree on any changes to scope, budget, or schedule before adding them.
04
Launch.
We test the agreed functionality, prepare the handoff, and decide what continuing support or improvement looks like.
Before we start
A few things you might ask.
Do I need to know which platform I want?+
No. Tell me what the site or tool needs to accomplish. I can help assess whether WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, or an improvement to your current setup makes sense.
Do you only build WordPress websites?+
No. WordPress is a core specialty, and I also work with Shopify, Next.js, AWS, APIs, and custom business tools.
Can you work from a designer’s files?+
Yes. My background includes collaborating with designers and turning mockups into functional websites and reusable components. We can also discuss what design work your project needs.
Do you provide the content and photography?+
Product, storefront, and website photography can be scoped alongside the development work or as a separate project. We agree on the shot list, edited image count, and usage. Copywriting and other content production are included only when stated in the proposal.
How long will the project take?+
The schedule depends on scope, content readiness, access to systems, and review turnaround. I will propose a schedule once those dependencies are understood.
How do payments work?+
Payment timing and milestones are included in the proposal. Any paid discovery is identified before it starts, and additional work requires agreement.
What happens if the scope changes?+
We decide whether to replace an existing task, extend the project, or plan a later phase. Any effect on pricing and timing is agreed before proceeding.
Who owns the site and code?+
Your proposal defines the handoff and usage rights. Custom deliverables, reusable components, third-party software, and licensed assets may have different terms, made clear before work begins.
Can you guarantee leads or search rankings?+
I can improve the technical work within our scope and help measure relevant activity. Traffic, rankings, and sales also depend on your offer, content, marketing, and other factors, so I do not guarantee those outcomes.
Can you work with our team or another agency?+
Yes. I have experience working with designers, developers, marketing teams, and clients. We will agree on responsibilities and communication so my work fits the larger project.
